Hialeah Palm is the work schedule app for the Hialeah Palm store team. Only people on the team can sign in.

What the app keeps

• Your name, job title and, if you add one, your photo.
• Your 4-digit PIN, stored only in scrambled form.
• Your shifts, and the days off, PTO, swaps and hour changes you ask for, with any notes you add.

How it's used

Only to run the team's schedule. No ads, no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared outside the team.

Who sees it

Everyone on the team sees the schedule, names, photos, and who is off on which days and whether it's PTO. Your notes and requests are seen by you and your managers, and by a coworker when a swap involves them.

Where it's stored

On Supabase, the service that hosts the app's database.

Leaving the team

When you leave, your manager removes you: you can no longer sign in, your PIN is deleted and your upcoming shifts come off the schedule. To have your photo and the rest of your information deleted, ask your store manager.
